Open-Invitation Tournament

3 Pool play games + Single Elimination bracket play (4 Game Guarantee)

12 player roster maximum & 3 coaches maximum

Age cut off: January 1st, 2023

DIVISIONS:

Co-ed Divisions: 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, & 14U

Girls Divisions: 10U, 12U, 14U, 17U

TEAM FEES / GATE FEES

Priority Registration Deadline: Friday, December 1, 2023 - 11:55 pm MST ($350)

($100 deposit secures your spot!)

Regular Registration Deadline: Friday, December 15, 2023 - 11:55 PM MST ($450)

Late Registration Deadline: Saturday, December 29, 2023, 11:55 pm MST ($550)

Gate Fee: $10 per day. Children 5 and under are free!

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

*Flag and mouthpiece checks will take place prior to the start of each game. Any participants without appropriate flag belts and mouthpieces will be sidelined until a 2nd equipment check can take place at halftime.

**Flag colors may not blend-in or camouflage with the color of the uniform or shorts.

ROSTERS/WAIVERS:

All rosters must be uploaded into Zorts Sports. Zorts player cards are required for each player. Parental waivers must be signed by the player's parent or legal guardian. If the player card is not completed for verification the player will be ineligble to play. Players will receive eligibility wrist bands during team check in, at the event, before their first game. Wristbands will only be provided to players who are shown as eligible on their Zorts Player Card.

TEAM CHECK IN:

Team Check-in will take place Saturday 60 minutes prior to your first scheduled game (Any teams that do not check-in before the first game will forfeiture their games).

REFUND POLICY

You can request a refund, minus $100, by December 1st, 2023 at 11:55 pm MST by emailing support@gridironfb.com, after that date no refunds will be issued. No refunds for deposits. If there are unforeseeable circumstances and the tournament cannot be held, each team will receive a full credit to a future Gridiron G-Series Tournament.
