Open-Invitation Tournament
3 Pool play games + Single Elimination bracket play (4 Game Guarantee)
12 player roster maximum & 3 coaches maximum

Age cut off: January 1st, 2023 (same as 2023 Circuit despite being in 2024)
DIVISIONS:
Co-ed Divisions: 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 15U, & 17U
Girls Divisions: 9U, 11U, 13U, 15U, & 17U
*We reserve the right to combine any 2 single age divisions for scheduling/bracketing purposes. Any adjustments will be communicated to teams prior to the registration deadline.
Registration Deadline: Friday, December 29, 2023, 5pm CST
TEAM FEES:
Regular Registration: $400 until December 23, 2023 at 11:59 PM CST! (Reserve your team spot with a $50 Deposit, Available until December 23). Payment must be made in full by January 1st or the late fee price will go into effect/your registration may be cancelled without refund.
LATE Registration: $500 per team December 24 - January 1 (Last day to register is January 1, 5pm CST).
Gate Fee- $10 a day, $15 two day pass. Registered coaches and players are free.
Youth SHRUUMZ Flag Belt Systems must be used by all teams to level the playing field- These will be available to purchase at the event or by online order/pre-sale. These flags will be designed for each tournament and will be a cool momento for players to remember the event.
*Flag and mouthpiece checks will take place prior to each game. Those found without mouthpieces and flag belts other than Youth Shruumz, will be removed from the game until a second equipment check can take place at halftime.
ROSTERS/WAIVERS:
All rosters must be uploaded into Zorts Sports. Zorts player cards are required for each player. Parental waivers must be signed by the player's parent or legal guardian. If the player card is not completed for verification the player will be ineligble to play. Players will receive eligibility wrist bands during team check in, at the event, before their first game. Wristbands will only be provided to players who are shown as eligible on their Zorts Player Card.
*Upload deadline is Monday, January 1, 2023 at 11:59pm Central time
TEAM CHECK IN:
Team Check-in will take place Saturday 60 minutes prior to your first scheduled game (Any teams that do not check-in before the first game will forfeiture their games).
REFUND POLICY
You can request a refund, minus $50, by December 1st, 2023 at 11:59pm Central time by emailing info@battle5.com, after that date no refunds will be issued. No refunds for deposits. If there are unforeseeable circumstances and the tournament cannot be held, each team will receive a full credit to a future Battle5 tournament.

- Players age will be based on the age that they will be on Jan 01, 2023
