3 Pool play games + Single Elimination bracket play (4 Game Guarantee)

*All games may be played Saturday, June 17th. Communication on tournament schedule will be announced prior to event deadlines.

12-player roster maximum & 3 coaches maximum

Age cut-off: January 1st, 2023

Awards: Division winners will receive a Custom 36" Championship team trophy, Championship Player & Coach Swag, and Free Custom-Order Battle Uniforms. In addition, Champion teams & runner ups will receive a paid Half-Bid special invite to Battle5 Nationals!

Co-ed Divisions: 8U, 10U, 12U,14U, HS

Girls Divisions: 12U, 15U

Registration Deadline: June 11, 5pm CST

TEAM FEES:

REGULAR Registration: $395 through Sunday, May 28, 11:59 PM EST! (Reserve your team spot and best pricing with a $50 non-refundable deposit). Payment must be made in full by June 4 or the late fee price will be charged.

LATE Registration: $495 per team May 29 - June 4th (Last day to register is June 4th, 5 pm CST).

Gate Fee - $10. Registered coaches and players are free (must be on the roster).

Tournament-Eligible Shruumz Flags must be used by all teams to level the playing field- These will be available for purchase at the event and will be reviewed/inspected during the team check-in process.

ROSTERS/WAIVERS:

All rosters must be uploaded into Zorts Sports. Zorts player cards are required for each player. Parental waivers must be signed by the player's parent or legal guardian. If the player card is not completed for verification the player will not be eligible to play. Players will receive eligibility wristbands during team check-in, at the event, before their first game. Wristbands will only be provided to players who are shown as eligible on their Zorts Player Card.

*Upload deadline is Wednesday, June 14th, 2023 at 11:59pm Central time

TEAM CHECK-IN:

Team Check-in will take place Saturday 60 minutes prior to your first scheduled game (Any teams that do not check-in before the first game will forfeiture their games).

REFUND POLICY

You can request a refund, minus the $50 non-refundable deposit, by June 4th, 2023 at 11:59 pm Central time by emailing info@battle5.com, after that date, no refunds will be issued. If there are unforeseeable circumstances and the tournament cannot be held, each team will receive full credit for a future Battle5 tournament.
