*During the course of the game, all players on the field and on the sidelines must be wearing and have strapped a softshell helmet.

AGE DIVISIONS:

HS – Must have a picture ID along with a document demonstrating the player is in a class below 2023. No graduating seniors can play.

15u– Must be no older than 15 years of age on the final day of the event. Must be able to demonstrate age with picture ID. Examples include, any government issued ID, birth certificate along with a picture ID, etc.

14u– Must be no older than 14 years of age on the final day of the event. Must be able to demonstrate age with picture ID. Examples include, any government issued ID, birth certificate along with a picture ID, etc.

12u– Must be no older than 12 years of age on the final day of the event. Must be able to demonstrate age with picture ID. Examples include, any government issued ID, birth certificate along with a picture ID, etc.

10u– Must be no older than 10 years of age on the final day of the event. Must be able to demonstrate age with picture ID. Examples include, any government issued ID, birth certificate along with a picture ID, etc.

ENTRY FEE:

Regular Registration $550.00

*$200 nonrefundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

February 4/25/2022 at 11:59pm Pacific Time

ROSTERS/WAIVERS:

24 PLAYER ROSTER MAX PER TEAM, 3 COACHES MAX & 1 MEDIA PERSON WITH PROPER WRISTBAND

TEAM CHECK-IN

Will be held day of onsite for each team starting 2 hours prior to tournament start time.

AWARDS:

Division winners receive team award.

All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player form the shoulders up, without a helmet on, birth certificate (at the minimum but can use a passport or state-issued ID). Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.

*Upload deadline is April 27^th, 2022, at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

HELMETS:

Soft shell helmets are required to play and can be rented at check in for $30. We will take a $60 payment ($30 rental + $30 deposit) and upon returning the helmet, will return $30 back to you. Payments can be made via cash or venmo on site.

REFUND POLICY:

Hard Count Athletics has full confidence that our April 30^th 7v7 Tournament in Los Angeles, CA will happen. We have a no refund policy once your team is registered. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., we are happy to provide a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics 7v7 Tournament in 2022, as long as we receive written notification by April 23, 2022, at 11:59pm Pacific Time. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics Tournament in 2022.
