ENTRY FEES:
Regular Registration: $400.00 Per Team 1/24/2022 – 3/31/2022
Regular Registration: $450.00 Per Team 4/1/2022 – 5/31/2022
Regular Registration: $500 Per Team 6/1/2022 – 6/11/2022
*$200 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
6/11/2022 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
ROSTERS/WAIVERS:
10 Player Roster Max & 2 Coaches Max Per Team
All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.
After the age verification process is completed by Zorts Sports, Hard Count Athletics reserves the right to request original documents be brought to registration for further verification.
*Upload deadline is June 15th, 2022 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
TEAM CHECK-IN:
Will be held the evening before on Friday, June 17th, 2022 from 4:00pm – 9:00pm. Location TBD.
*There is a $100.00 fee for any team/player who requests a Saturday morning check-in time. The request must be made by June 15th, 2022 by emailing info@hardcountathletics.com and the fee must be paid in advance.
BALL SIZE:
6U – 8U NFL Flag Blue Ball
9U – 14U – NFL Flag Brown Ball
AWARDS:

MEDIA WRISTBANDS:
Teams interested in having their own media people on their sideline may do so by purchasing the media wristband package for $300. This will included (2) media wristbands.
- Teams who have not purchased the media wristband package will not be allowed to have their own media people on the sidelines.
HELMETS:
Soft shell helmets are required to play and can be rented at check in for $30. We will take a $60 payment ($30 rental + $30 deposit) and upon returning the helmet, will return $30 back to you. Payments can be made via cash or venmo on site.
REFUND POLICY:
Hard Count Athletics has full confidence that our June 18th & 19th, 2022 5v5 National Championship in San Diego will happen. We have a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., we are happy to provide a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics 5v5 Tournament in 2022, as long as we receive written notification by 6/11/2022 at 11:59pm Pacific Time. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics Tournament in 2022.
*Hard Count Athletics reserves the right to combine divisions if two (2) or less teams are signed up in a division.
