Entry Fee: $20.00 weekend pass per person or $15.00 one day pass per person

*Kids age 5 and under are free

DIVISIONS:

Coed: 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U

Girls: 12U, 14U, 17U

ENTRY FEES:

Early Bird Registration: $375.00 Per Team 11/21/2021 – 12/31/2021

Regular Registration: $425 Per Team 1/1/2022 – 2/20/2022

Regular Registration: $450.00 Per Team 2/21/2022 – 3/12/2022

*$200 nonrefundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

3/12/2022 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

ROSTERS/WAIVERS:

10 Player Roster Max & 2 Coaches Max Per Team

All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.

*Upload deadline is March 16^th, 2022 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

TEAM CHECK-IN:

Team check-in will be held at the tournament fields Saturday morning. Team check-in times will be assigned in advance.

AWARDS:

Division winners receive championship rings & a half bid the HCA’s 2022 National Championship June 18-19, 2022!

HELMETS:

Soft shell helmets are required to play and can be rented at check in for $30. We will take a $60 payment ($30 rental + $30 deposit) and upon returning the helmet, will return $30 back to you. Payments can be made via cash or venmo on site.

REFUND POLICY:

Hard Count Athletics has full confidence that our March 19-20, 2022 5v5 Tournament in Los Angeles will happen. We have a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., we are happy to provide a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics 5v5 Tournament in 2022, as long as we receive written notification by 3/12/2022 at 11:59pm Pacific Time. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics Tournament in 2022.

*Hard Count Athletics reserves the right to combine divisions if two (2) or less teams are signed up in a division. For tournaments that have fifty (50) or less teams registered, Hard Count Athletics reserves the right to turn an originally planned two (2) day tournament into a one (1) day tournament.
