Coed: 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U
Girls: 12U, 14U, 17U
ENTRY FEES:
Early Bird Registration: $350.00 Per Team 11/21/2021 – 12/5/2021
Regular Registration: $400.00 Per Team 12/6/2021 – 12/19/2021
Regular Registration: $425.00 Per Team 12/20/2021 – 1/1/2022
*$200 nonrefundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
1/1/2022 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
ROSTERS/WAIVERS:
10 Player Roster Max & 2 Coaches Max Per Team
All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.
*Upload deadline is January 5th, 2022 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
TEAM CHECK-IN:
Will be held the evening before on Friday, January 7th, 2021 from 4:30pm – 9:00pm. Location Cambria Hotel Phoenix Chandler - Fashion Center, 3165 W Frye Rd, Chandler, AZ 85226
*There is a $100.00 fee for any team/player who requests a Saturday morning check-in time. The request must be made by January 5th, 2022 by emailing info@hardcountathletics.com and the fee must be paid in advance.
AWARDS:

HELMETS:
Soft shell helmets are required to play and can be rented at check in for $30. We will take a $60 payment ($30 rental + $30 deposit) and upon returning the helmet, will return $30 back to you. Payments can be made via cash or venmo on site.
REFUND POLICY:
Hard Count Athletics has full confidence that our January 8-9, 2022, 5v5 Tournament in Phoenix will happen. We have a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., we are happy to provide a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics 5v5 Tournament in 2022, if we receive written notification by 1/1/2022 at 11:59pm Pacific Time. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Hard Count Athletics Tournament in 2022.
*Hard Count Athletics reserves the right to combine divisions if two (2) or less teams are signed up in a division. For tournaments that have fifty (50) or less teams registered, Hard Count Athletics reserves the right to turn an originally planned two (2) day tournament into a one (1) day tournament.
