COST: $450 PER TEAM (REGULAR PRICING) – NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR THIS EVENT (a credit will be issued if you cannot attend) You may hold your spot while it's available for a deposit amount of $150 and pay the remaining balance at a later date.

There will be absolutely no refunds for this event. SHOOK TOURNAMENTS LLC reserves the right to refuse registration at any time, to any team, for any reason. If the event is cancelled by SHOOK Tournaments, a full refund minus processing fees will be returned to you.

Age cutoff is: 07/31/2021 ---------players must register for the division that matches the age they were on JULY 31st, 2021.

**********2021 CURRENT NFL FLAG FOOTBALL RULES *********

 

************ALL TEAMS WILL NEED TO CHECK IN. TEAM CHECK IS 90-120 MINUTES PRIOR TO GAME TIME (IF YOU ARE NOT THERE PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN TIME WE CANNOT GAURANTEE YOU WILL HAVE TIME TO WARM UP) & ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN ON SATURDAY WITH THEIR TEAM IN ORDER TO PLAY ON SUNDAY. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

Required:

  • HELMETS ARE NOT MANDATORY, BUT HIGHLY ENCOURAGED FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR PLAYERS. Please contact our partners at ROCSTREET.COM to purchase helmets.
  • Cleats and mouthpieces (mouthpieces will be sold for $5.00 at the event tent)
  • Uniforms (if you need uniforms, visit our partners at rocstreet.com) 
  • Personal water bottles labeled with name and team (masking tape works well for this) 
  • Limit of 3 Coaches/Staff per sideline to include media. This will be strictly enforced and is non-negotiable. HEAD COACHES are the only persons permitted to address game officials.

Deadlines:   

  • Roster eligibility items are due no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled event start date (there is absolutely no exceptions that will be made to this rule, no matter what the circumstances).
  • Coach's meeting will be scheduled approximately 5 days prior to the event, and a representative is mandatory to be on this call

 Eligibility:

ü  Zorts BRONZE player card or your current proof of age documents used with NYS.

ü  You CAN use a school ID in combination with a birth certificate and grade documentation, but a photo ID from an approved agency or a school is required without exception and will be verified with school if necessary.

 Spectators:

·         Spectators will not be permitted to stand outside gated areas to spectate on this property.

·         Spectators are recommended to always wear masks and social distance - with no exception, other than eating or drinking.

·         All attendees are recommended to use hand sanitizer upon entry.

·         Any spectators who are found to be engaging in the following behaviors on-site will be asked to leave and/or will be removed if necessary:

1.      Attempting to sneak anyone on-site through gates or false wristband use.

2.      Drinking alcohol and/or using drugs or smoking tobacco products to include vaping. If there is any suspicion of this activity, SHOOK Tournaments LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time – as does the owner of this property.

3.      Using profanity, acting aggressively, yelling, screaming, or becoming violent in any way – towards ANYONE on-site

4.      Spitting on and/or damaging property to include throwing trash on-site outside trash receptacle.

5.      Addressing officials, staff, coaches, players, and/or other spectators in an unsportsmanlike manner. HEAD COACHES are the only persons permitted to address game officials and security regarding game proceedings.
