Entry Fee: $20.00 weekend pass or $15 for single day per person

*Kids age 5 and under are free

· Open to all teams and organizations

· 3 Game pool play – Single elimination bracket play

· 10 Player roster max & 2 coaches’ max

· 2021 NFL Flag Rules

· Age cut off 1/1/2021

· Division winners receive championship rings & a full paid bid to Flag Football Life’s 2022 National Championship in Tampa, FL January 15^TH & 16^TH!

DIVISIONS:

Coed: 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U

Girls: 12U, 14U, 17U

ENTRY FEES:

Early Bird Registration: $350.00 Per Team 9/8/2021 – 10/16/2021

Regular Registration: $400.00 Per Team 10/17/2021 – 11/20/2021

*$100 deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

11/20/2021 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

ROSTERS/WAIVERS:

10 Player Roster Max & 2 Coaches Max Per Team

All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.

*Upload deadline is November 24^th, 2021 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

TEAM CHECK-IN:

Will be held the evening before on Friday, November 26^th, 2021 from 5:00pm – 9:00pm. Location Four Points by Sheraton at Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport

AWARDS:

Division winners receive championship rings & a full paid bid into Flag Football Life’s 2022 National Championship in Tampa, FL January 15^th & 16^th!

HELMETS:

Soft shell helmets are required to play and can be rented at check in for $30. We will take a $60 payment ($30 rental + $30 deposit) and upon returning the helmet, will return $30 back to you. Payments can be made via cash or venmo on site.

*Hard Count Athletics reserves the right to combine divisions if two (2) or less teams are signed up in a division. For tournaments that have fifty (50) or less teams registered, Hard Count Athletics reserves the right to turn an originally planned two (2) day tournament into a one (1) day tournament.
