ENTRY FEES:
Early Bird Registration: $350.00 Per Team 9/8/2021 – 10/16/2021
Regular Registration: $400.00 Per Team 10/17/2021 – 11/20/2021
*$100 deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
11/20/2021 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
ROSTERS/WAIVERS:
10 Player Roster Max & 2 Coaches Max Per Team
All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport or other state ID showing birth date. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.
*Upload deadline is November 24th, 2021 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
TEAM CHECK-IN:
Will be held the evening before on Friday, November 26th, 2021 from 5:00pm – 9:00pm. Location Four Points by Sheraton at Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport

AWARDS:
Division winners receive championship rings & a full paid bid into Flag Football Life’s 2022 National Championship in Tampa, FL January 15th & 16th!
HELMETS:
Soft shell helmets are required to play and can be rented at check in for $30. We will take a $60 payment ($30 rental + $30 deposit) and upon returning the helmet, will return $30 back to you. Payments can be made via cash or venmo on site.
*Hard Count Athletics reserves the right to combine divisions if two (2) or less teams are signed up in a division. For tournaments that have fifty (50) or less teams registered, Hard Count Athletics reserves the right to turn an originally planned two (2) day tournament into a one (1) day tournament.
