We are so excited to see you and share this unforgettable experience! Nationals was originally intended to be in Las Vegas, but we did not have the space to house all the excitement anywhere but the amazing sports facility in Mesquite, NV!!

Below, you will find all the important information needed. You can call us anytime at 702-306-5552 for more information. No matter what the registration end date says, you will want to get registered ASAP before this event fills up! This will be a first come, first serve – as the winners of our qualifiers, and “200% Award” camps – have reserved spots!

We have added the girl’s division and FLAG divisions to this event, so please make sure you are registering for the correct division. There will be absolutely no refunds on this event. All other teams must register at full price and SHOOK TOURNAMENTS LLC reserves the right to refuse registration at any time, to any team, for any reason.

· 7V7 HIGH SCHOOL (MUST USE SHOOK 7V7 RULE BOOK)

Age cutoff is: 01/01/2021 ---------players must register for the division that matches the age they were on January 1^st, 2021.

************TEAM CHECK IS 90 MINUTES PRIOR TO GAME TIME (IF YOU ARE NOT THERE PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN TIME WE CANNOT GAURANTEE YOU WILL HAVE TIME TO WARM UP) & ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN ON SATURDAY WITH THEIR TEAM IN ORDER TO PLAY ON SUNDAY. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

Required:

HELMETS ARE REQUIRED without exception. Please contact our partners at ROCSTREET.COM to purchase helmets.
Cleats and mouthpieces (mouthpieces will be sold for $5.00 at the event tent)
Uniforms (if you need uniforms, visit our partners at rocstreet.com)
Personal water bottles labeled with name and team (masking tape works well for this)
Masks will be worn always except during game play (There is no exception to this rule and teams may be removed from the competition if players do not comply, and no refund will be issued in this event).
Minimum of 10 players to roster and 24 max
Limit of 4 Coaches/Staff per sideline to include media. This will be strictly enforced and is non-negotiable. HEAD COACHES are the only persons permitted to address game officials.

Winning teams will receive the following:

Championship Trophy
Individual team embossed medals (only for attending rostered players)
Custom Uniforms (to be designed by the team and Coach with Rocstreet.com for all attending rostered players. Additional requests, or additional uniforms are paid for by the team)

All Coaches receive a FREE digital team photo from our partners at Prime action Image!!!

Deadlines:

Roster eligibility items are due no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled event start date (there is absolutely no exceptions that will be made to this rule, no matter what the circumstances).
Coach's meeting will be scheduled approximately 10 days prior to the event, and a representative is mandatory to be on this call.

Eligibility:

ü Zorts BRONZE player card

ü You CAN use a school ID in combination with a birth certificate and grade documentation, but a photo ID from an approved agency or a school is required without exception and will be verified with school if necessary.

*****NOTE*****Unfortunately, because others have gone to extraordinary lengths to cheat, we must be stern about all eligibility requirements. Teams will receive individual labeled bracelets at check in and will be required to line up prior to each game for those to be verified. Players who lose their bracelets must be verified with all documents and picture ID to receive another bracelet.

Spectators:

· Spectator cost is $20 person/per day OR $30 for the weekend pass. Spectators who act aggressively regarding entrance requirements, will not be permitted on-site. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

· Spectators will not be permitted to stand outside gated areas to spectate on this property.

· Spectators are required to always wear masks and social distance - with no exception, other than eating or drinking.

· All attendees are required to use hand sanitizer upon entry and have their temperatures checked.

· Any spectators who are found to be engaging in the following behaviors on-site will be asked to leave and/or will be removed if necessary:

1. Attempting to sneak anyone on-site through gates or false wristband use.

2. Drinking alcohol and/or using drugs or smoking tobacco products to include vaping. If there is any suspicion of this activity, SHOOK Tournaments LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time – as does the owner of this property.

3. Using profanity, acting aggressively, yelling, screaming, or becoming violent in any way – towards ANYONE on-site

4. Spitting and/or damaging property to include throwing trash on-site outside trash receptacle.

5. Addressing officials, staff, coaches, players, and/or other spectators in an unsportsmanlike manner. HEAD COACHES are the only persons permitted to address game officials and security regarding game proceedings.
