- Must be 18 years old or under on May 15th 2021. Current Seniors allowed subject to birth date requirements

- Must be 18 years old or under on May 15th 2021. Current Seniors allowed subject to birth date requirements
Cost
- $650.00 per team
- Division min age <= Boy's 15u save $100.00
- Division min age <= Boy's 13u save $200.00
- Division min age <= Boy's 14u save $100.00
- Players must have an active Zorts Player Card
- Participants must complete all eligibiity requirements by May 15, 2021 12:00 AM EDT
- Players age will be based on the age that they will be on May 16, 2021
- Registration ends May 12, 2021 @ 3:30 PM
