General Information:
************TEAM CHECK IN WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR THE NIGHT BEFORE THE EVENT AND ALL PLAYERS MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THAT TIME. PLEASE CONTACT US AT QUESTIONS@SHOOKTOURNAMENTS.COM FOR ISSUES WITH THIS PROCESS.
Required:
- Cleats
- Uniforms (if you need uniforms, visit our partners at rocstreet.com)
- Personal water bottles labeled with name and team (masking tape works well for this)
- Masks will be worn always except during game play
- Minimum of 10 players to roster and 24 max
- Limit of 4 Coaches/Staff per sideline to include media. This will be strictly enforced and is non-negotiable.
Winning teams will receive the following:
- Championship Trophy
- Individual Team Embossed Medal for attending rostered players
- Custom Uniforms (to be designed by the team and Coach with Rocstreet.com for all attending rostered players. Additional requests, or additional uniforms are paid for by the team)
- 1/2 bid to Las Vegas National Tournament in 2021
All Coaches receive a FREE digital team photo!!!
Deadlines:
- Roster eligibility items are due no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled event start date (there is absolutely no exceptions that will be made to this rule, no matter what the circumstances).
- Coach's meeting will be scheduled approximately 10 days prior to the event.
Eligibility:
ü Zorts BRONZE player card (this has been required due to issues with teams cheating)
ü You CAN use a school ID in combination with a birth certificate and grade documentation, but a photo ID from an approved agency or a school is required without exception and will be verified with school if necessary.
*****NOTE*****Unfortunately, because others have gone to extraordinary lengths to cheat, we must be stern about all eligibility requirements. Teams will receive individual labeled bracelets at check in and will be required to line up prior to each game for those to be verified. Players who lose their bracelets must be verified with all documents and picture ID to receive another bracelet.
Spectators:
* Spectator cost is $20.00/person/per day
