HARD COUNT ATHLETICS TOURNAMENT CIRCUIT PRESENTS THE AUSTIN 7ON7 TOURNAMENT THIS TOURNAMENT IS OPEN INVITE!! ANYONE CAN ENTER A TEAM YOU DO NOT HAVE TO QUALIFY FOR THIS TOURNAMENT. Divisions: 3rd/4th Grade - Grade based on 2020/2021 School Year 5th/6th Grade - Grade based on 2020/2021 School Year 7th/8th Grade - Grade based on 2020/2021 School Year Freshmen - Grade based on 2020/2021 School Year High School - Grade based on 2020/2021 School Year Division Winners Receive: Team Awards & Winners Receive Full Paid Bid To The 2021 Pylon National Championship Completed Online Zorts Paperwork Required prior to 10/13/2020 at 11:59pm: The entire Roster must be uploaded onto the Zorts system. Player Cards are required and must be purchased for each player on the roster. A player card will require a Head Shot of player from the shoulders up without helmet, Birth Certificate (at the minimum but can also use a Passport or state-issued ID). An uploaded 2020/2021 School Report Card (can use 2019/20) that shows the player name, grade and school year OR Current School ID is also required for Grade Verification. Parental Waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian. Team Check In will be on Friday, October 16th, for all teams. We will announce the time (probably in the evening 5-9pm) and location as we get closer to the event. The Austin 7v7 is a “Stay to Play” housing format, requiring teams traveling further than 75 miles from their home fields, to stay at specially negotiated Host Hotels which have dedicated hotel room inventory in support of the event. Teams are required to reserve a minimum of three rooms per night for one night to avoid an opt-out fee of $450 per team. https://hotels.gametimetravel.com/group-event?id=44271 Gamebreaker Helmets are required and must be rented or purchased through Hard Count Athletics (unless the players already own them) to ensure consistent safety standards. At registration, the coach must show proof of Gamebreaker Helmets for each of the players; otherwise helmets must be either rented or purchased onsite.
