Below, you will find all the important information needed. You can call us anytime at 702-332-4040 for more information. No matter what the registration end date says, you will want to get registered ASAP before this event fills up! This will be a first come, first serve!

There will be absolutely no refunds for this event. SHOOK TOURNAMENTS LLC reserves the right to refuse registration at any time, to any team, for any reason. If the event is cancelled by SHOOK Tournaments, a full refund minus processing fees will be returned to you.

Divisions:

·        10u - AGE CUTOFF IS 08/01/2022

·        12u  - AGE CUTOFF IS 08/01/2022

·        14u - AGE CUTOFF IS 1/1/2023

·        15u - AGE CUTOFF IS 1/1/2023

·        HIGHSCHOOL (NO SENIORS) 18u - MUST BE JUNIOR OR BELOW. NO SENIORS

·        HIGHSCHOOL (SENIORS ALLOWED) – 18u - MUST BE CURRENTLY IN SCHOOL. SENIORS ALLOWED

*   ALL GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION 14-18U MUST CURRENTLY BE IN HIGH SCHOOL

 ***************Players must be rostered to teams by age requirements. 12u and below will use the required age cutoff date of 08/01/2022. 14u, and 15u will use the required age cutoff date of 1/1/2023. Highschool with and without Senior divisions must be under the age of 18 and are required to provide grade level eligibility documents. Grade level documents and school ID’s must be provided on registration and be available upon request at the tournament. Documents must be official school documents and show the player’s full name and grade level.*************

************ALL TEAMS WILL NEED TO CHECK IN AND HAVE ALL ITEMS APPROVED IN ZORTSSPORT.COM TO PLAY. NO MATTER WHAT ANY OTHER ORGANIZATION DOES, OR DOES NOT DO, ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED AND APPROVED TO PLAY. TEAM CHECK IS 90-120 MINUTES PRIOR TO GAME TIME (IF YOU ARE NOT THERE PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN TIME WE CANNOT GAURANTEE YOU WILL HAVE TIME TO WARM UP) & ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN ON SATURDAY WITH THEIR TEAM IN ORDER TO PLAY ON SUNDAY. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

Required:

• HELMETS ARE MANDATORY. Please contact our partners at ROCSTREET.COM to purchase helmets.
• Cleats and mouthpieces (mouthpieces will be sold for $5.00 at the event tent)
• Uniforms (if you need uniforms, visit our partners at rocstreet.com) 
• Personal water bottles labeled with name and team (masking tape works well for this) 
• Limit of 3 Coaches/Staff per sideline to include media. ADDITIONAL STAFF WILL BE CHARGED AT $30.00/PERSON This will be strictly enforced and is non-negotiable. HEAD COACHES are the only persons permitted to address game officials.

Deadlines:   

• Roster eligibility items are due no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled event start date (there is absolutely no exceptions that will be made to this rule, no matter what the circumstances).
• Coach's meeting will be scheduled approximately 5 days prior to the event, and a representative is mandatory to be on this call. 

 Eligibility:

ü  Zorts BRONZE player card at a minimum are required to play without exception.

ü  You CAN use a school ID in combination with a birth certificate and grade documentation, but a photo ID from an approved agency or a school is required without exception and will be verified with school if necessary.

ü  REPORT CARD/SCHOOL DOCUMENT/SCHOOL ID for grade level verification, must say full name, birth date, and grade level. No screen shots please.

Spectators:

·         Spectators will not be permitted to stand outside gated areas to spectate on this property.

·         Spectators are recommended to always wear masks and social distance - with no exception, other than eating or drinking.

·         All attendees are recommended to use hand sanitizer upon entry.

·         Any spectators who are found to be engaging in the following behaviors on-site will be asked to leave and/or will be removed if necessary:

1.      Attempting to sneak anyone on-site through gates or false wristband use.

2.      Drinking alcohol and/or using drugs or smoking tobacco products to include vaping. If there is any suspicion of this activity, SHOOK Tournaments LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time – as does the owner of this property.

3.      Using profanity, acting aggressively, yelling, screaming, or becoming violent in any way – towards ANYONE on-site

4.      Spitting on and/or damaging property to include throwing trash on-site outside trash receptacle.

5.      Addressing officials, staff, coaches, players, and/or other spectators in an unsportsmanlike manner. HEAD COACHES are the only persons permitted to address game officials and security regarding game proceedings.
