ZORTS REQUIREMENTS

  • ZortsID Required

  • Rosters and waivers must be completed in Zorts by Thursday of tournament week

  • Roster additions after the deadline: $20 per player (via Zorts)

  • No roster changes allowed after your first game begins


WRISTBANDS

  • All players, coaches, and team staff must wear a wristband to be on the field

  • Wristbands must remain on for the Entire Day

  • If a wristband rips during gameplay, notify tournament staff immediately


SCHEDULES

  • Released Thursday of tournament week

  • Subject to change

  • Download the Zorts mobile app for live updates throughout the weekend


GATE ENTRY FEES

Spectators:

  • $10 Gate Fee "Cashless"

  • Processing fees apply

  • Children 5 & under: Free

Payment Methods:

Teams:

  • Players and up to four (4) coaches/staff per team are not charged gate entry


IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to each game

  • Check in with tournament staff at your assigned field before each game

  • Warm-ups are permitted on grass fields only

  • No warm-ups or throwing footballs inside fenced turf areas

  • Teams must provide their own uniforms (alternate jerseys required) Dark and White

  • Teams must provide their own football

  • No jewelry or hats during gameplay

  • Mouthpieces are mandatory


MEDIA POLICY

  • Third-party photographers and videographers must check in and obtain a Bullitt Media Badge

  • Media Badge Fee: $25

  • Team media is allowed (mobile/iPhone only) Please See Event Coordinator for Team Media Camera Allowance

  • Team media must be listed on the roster and counts toward the four (4) staff limit


COOLERS & FACILITY RULES

  • No team coolers inside fenced fields

  • No outside food or drinks inside fences

  • Coolers are allowed at warm-up fields only

  • Hydration stations will be available on turf fields

  • Teams are responsible for cleaning their sidelines and team areas


CODE OF CONDUCT

All coaches, players, parents, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally.

  • Fighting, verbal abuse, or threats will result in immediate removal from the event

  • Weapons, drugs, alcohol, smoking, and chewing tobacco are strictly prohibited
