BNA Sports presents “The Experience Winter Classic” December 14th, 2024
The Experience Winter Classic is a premier flag football tournament that will provide on-field and off-field once-in-a-lifetime Experiences! Line up and enjoy “The Experience!”
Details:
3 game minimum - single elimination bracket play
NFL FLAG Rulebook (with modifications)
Champions receive rings
Athlete MVP trophies and custom flags
***ALL NEW - Top Club Awards (Coed, Girls, and Overall Club)
- 6U, 7U, 8U coed and 10U girls (Size 5) Pee Wee football
- 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U coed and 12U, 14U girls (Size 6) Junior football
- 16U coed and HS girls (Size 7) Youth football
Divisions: ages as of January 1, 2024
Coed – 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 14U, and 16U
All-Girls – 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, and High School
*BNA Sports reserves the right to combine divisions if three (3) or less teams are signed up in a division.
Registration Deadline:
November 30, 2024 11:55pm EST
Rosters:
12 Player Roster Max & 2 Coaches Max Per Team
All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts Player Registration system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a soft shell helmt on, and either a birth certificate, passport, or other state ID showing the birth date.
Team Check-In:
Check-in will begin at 7:30am on Saturday, December 14th at the IMG Academy fields. We highly recommend checking-in at least 1 hour prior to your first game.
Refund policy:
BNA Sports Organization has a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the registration fee in full. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness, etc. we will provide you a credit to a future BNA Sports Tournament in 2024 as long as we receive written notification by November 30, 2024 at 11:55pm EST. In the unforseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of "non-essential" businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future BNA Sports Tournament.
