HIGH SCHOOL:

FIRST PLACE: $10,000!!

****(Division must have a minimum of 25 teams. Due to discounts given for this event, if the minimum is not met, the winnings will be divided by half. 8 OR LESS TEAMS WINNERS WILL RECEIVE $1,000)

 

10U, 12U, 14U, 15U:

FIRST PLACE: $4,000!!!

****(Must have a minimum of 15 teams per division to win prize money. Due to discounts given for this event, if the minimum is not met, the winnings will be divided by half. 8 OR LESS TEAMS, WINNERS WILL RECEIVE $1,000)

 

ALL GIRLS DIVISION:

FIRST PLACE: $2500!!

****(Must have a minimum of 8 teams for prize money to be won. Due to discounts given for this event, if the minimum is not met, the winnings will be divided by half.)

Winning donations will be written to the club/team/program name and no donation will be given directly in the name of any individual, such as program director, coach, player, or relatives of players. It is recommended that the team have a valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.

There will be absolutely no refunds for this event. SHOOK TOURNAMENTS LLC reserves the right to refuse registration at any time, to any team, for any reason. If the event is cancelled by SHOOK Tournaments, a full refund minus processing fees will be returned to you.

·        HIGHSCHOOL NO SENIORS – AGE CUTOFF IS 1/1/24

 *************** ROSTERS - Team rosters will consist of no more than twenty-four (24) players. The Board of Directors will approve all players and rosters by the assigned deadline. No new players can be added to a team after the cutoff date. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule, as deadlines are given well in advance.

a.      Players must meet age requirements to be eligible for team rosters. For those aged 12 and under, the required age cutoff date is 08/01/2023. 14u and 15u must adhere to the required age cutoff date of 01/01/2024. High school players, both with and without Senior divisions, must be under 18 years of age, currently enrolled in school, and obligated to furnish grade level eligibility documents for the current school year. Grade level documents and school IDs must be submitted during registration and made available upon request during the tournament. These documents must be official school records, displaying the player's full name and grade level.

b. Players must be rostered to only one (1) team per division (i.e., As long as the player meets all eligibility requirements for each division, he/she can roster on more than one (1) team but CANNOT be rostered to more than one (1) team in the same division. NOTE**** PLAYERS CAN ONLY ROSTER TO ONE ORGANIZATION OR “PROGRAM”. PLAYERS CANNOT PLAY FOR MULTIPLE ORGANIZATIONS/PROGRAMS even if they meet eligibility requirements.)

************ALL TEAMS WILL NEED TO CHECK IN AND HAVE ALL ITEMS APPROVED IN ZORTSSPORT.COM TO PLAY. NO MATTER WHAT ANY OTHER ORGANIZATION DOES, OR DOES NOT DO, ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED AND APPROVED TO PLAY. TEAM CHECK IS 90-120 MINUTES PRIOR TO GAME TIME (IF YOU ARE NOT THERE PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN TIME WE CANNOT GAURANTEE YOU WILL HAVE TIME TO WARM UP) & ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN ON SATURDAY WITH THEIR TEAM IN ORDER TO PLAY ON SUNDAY. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

Required:

  • Required and approved head gear (softshell helmets) must always be worn and fastened securely during game play except for the QB. The approved headgear must be a Gamebreakers brand helmet or a 4–5-star Virginia Tech rated head protection (documentation of certification must be provided upon request).
  • Cleats and mouthpieces (mouthpieces will be sold for $5.00 at the event tent)
  • Uniforms (if you need uniforms, visit our partners at rocstreet.com) 
  • Limit of 3 Coaches/Staff per sideline to include mediaADDITIONAL STAFF WILL BE CHARGED AT $30.00/PERSON This will be strictly enforced and is non-negotiable. HEAD COACHES are the only persons permitted to address game officials.

Deadlines:   

  • Roster eligibility items are due by the listed due date in ZortsSports.com (there is absolutely no exceptions that will be made to this rule, no matter what the circumstances).
  • Coach's meeting will be scheduled approximately 5-10 days prior to the event, and a representative is mandatory to be on this call

 Eligibility:

ü  Zorts player card at a minimum are required to play without exception.

ü  REPORT CARD/SCHOOL DOCUMENT/SCHOOL ID for grade level verification, must say full name, birth date, and grade level. No screenshots please. SCHOOL ID’S WITH PHOTOS are preferred.
