Open-Invitation Tournament

3 Pool play games + Single Elimination bracket play (4 Game Guarantee)

12 player roster maximum & 3 coaches maximum

Age cut off: January 1st, 2022

Awards: Division winners will receive Battle5 Custom 36" Championship team trophy, Battle5 Champion Player & Coach Hats, Champion Players Custom Battle5 event specific football, and Free Custom Battle Uniforms for Champion teams. In addition, Champion teams & runner ups will receive a paid Half-Bid special invite to Battle5 Nationals!

Divisions: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U

Registration Deadline: November 15th, 5pm CST

TEAM FEES:

Regular Registration: $425 Until November 1st! (Reserve your team spot with a $50 Deposit, Available until November 1st). Payment must be made in full by November 1st or the late fee price will go into effect.

LATE Registration: $475 per team November 2nd- November 15th (Last day to register is November 15th, 5pm CST).

Gate Fee- $10 a day, $15 two day pass. Registered coaches and players are free.

Battle5 Flags must be used by all teams to level the playing field- These will be available to purchase at the event. We recommend you purchase these at the same time you do your team check in. These flags will be designed for each tournament and will be a cool momento for players to remember the event.

ROSTERS/WAIVERS:

All rosters must be uploaded into Zorts Sports. Zorts player cards are required for each player. Parental waivers must be signed by the player's parent or legal guardian. If the player card is not completed for verification the player will be ineligble to play. Players will receive eligibility wrist bands during team check in, at the event, before their first game. Wristbands will only be provided to players who are shown as eligible on their Zorts Player Card.

TEAM CHECK IN:

Team Check-in will take place Saturday 60 minutes prior to your first scheduled game (Any teams that do not check-in before the first game will forfeiture their games).

REFUND POLICY

You can request a refund, minus $50, by November 1st , 2022 at 11:59pm Central time by emailing info@battle5.com, after that date no refunds will be issued. No refunds for deposits. If there are unforeseeable circumstances and the tournament cannot be held, each team will receive a full credit to a future Battle5 tournament.
