Grambling State Guard Now Part of the Quadruple-Double Club. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0VQCPE9LVEk Shakyla Hill, ever heard of her? Well, you have now. Hill, a Junior guard for the Grambling State Women's Basketball team joined an exclusive club during a game against Alabama State. That club is the "Quadruple-double" club. Hill scored 15 points to complement her 10 assists, steals, and rebounds. She would lead the Tigers to a 93-71 victory over Alabama State. Whether it's college or pro ball, earning a quadruple-double is an extraordinary accomplishment, to say the least. Grambling State coach Freddie Murray said, according to the school's website. "She had to do a lot more last year because we didn't have a lot of pieces. Now she is surrounded by players who feed off what she gives us. To get a quadruple-double is just a testament to the hard work she puts in." (ESPN) Hill joins a club of basketball stars that include players such as Sonja Tate, Veronica Pettry, Romana Jones and the admiral himself, David Robinson. Congratulations to Shakyla and the Grambling State Tigers!

Rams VS Eagles: Battle for the NFC. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjp4WDR-z28 This Sunday, December 10, 2017, marks a highly anticipated NFL game between two of the league's top teams. The Los Angeles Rams, and the Philidelphia Eagles. But what makes this game so special? Yes, of course, it is always fun to see a competitive football game on a Sunday afternoon, but this particular game provides some more factors that make it all the more special. As of right now the Eagles and the Rams both are leading their respected divisions among the NFC, the Eagles with a 10-2 record and the Rams with a 9-3 record. Both teams are currently fighting for NFC supremacy and a possible 'bye' in the first round of the playoffs, tomorrows game literally makes all the difference. This past weekend the Eagles lost to the Seattle Seahawks, a fellow member of the NFC, giving them 2 conference losses on the season. All three of the Rams losses have been against teams in the NFC as well, which is why beating the current No.1 team in the NFC will be crucial to their playoff seeding and league reputation. If the Rams give the Eagles their third loss of the season not only will it tie the two teams records in terms of wins and losses, but will give the Rams an edge over the Eagles should there be the need for a tie-breaker at the end of the season. This is, of course, assuming the Rams would win-out the rest of the season. This game is big for the Eagles because a win would solidify their spot as the top team in the NFC and provide them with not only a smoother path to the playoffs but a smoother path while in the playoffs. Both teams are tied for the most points scored this season with 361 points scored against opponents, defensively, the Eagles have given up 215 points while the Rams have given up 222, both are among the top 7 teams in terms of points allowed on the season. The two best offenses both equipt with elite defenses fighting for conference superiority are factors that are sure to make for an outstanding game. Yet there is one last interesting fact that plays into tomorrow match. Rams QB Jared Goff, and Eagles QB Carson Wentz were selected No.1 and No.2 in last years NFL draft. A matchup between second-year QB's who are leading their respected teams to the playoffs. Game time is set for December 10, 2017, at 4:25 ET, and is for sure to be among the top games this regular season.
