Rules:

The one on one will go off the offensive Lineman's movement
During Pool Play Teams are already designated to start on Offense or Defense
In Bracket Play the higher seed will choose where they want to start
When Time is called if in a rep finish that rep & It counts
Tie Breaker if we are tied at time called the next rep will take place to declare a winner

Ref will make the call for the winner of the rep offense or defense
No protesting calls by the ref (The clock is running)
No Stalling we want the offensive lineman to set when he is ready but if we feel like a team is stalling to run out the clock we will speed it up
On A Offensive penalty point will be rewarded to the defense
On A Defensive penalty point will be rewarded to the offense

No Bull Rushing (you can bull rush your first initial 2-3 steps and then you got to make a move)
Spits Minimum of 1 ft splits (No 0 Splits)
To Avoid Injury & To Speed Up The Process of the match when one player is going the other should move out of the way on movement example LT is in a rep LG should Move to his right out of the way to create a true one on one, limit injury's, and speed up the match
Substitution can only happen after we flip sides unless there is an injury
