All Waivers must be signed electronically PYLON IS NOW AGE BASED. All Players must have a Zorts player card linked to their player roster profile on team page. Pictures must have a clear view of athlete's face. No group shots, No pictures with helmets on. If you have any questions on the above, please reach out to info@zortssports.com

- Must be 12 years old or younger by 2nd day of tournament

14U 7/8th Grade
- Must be 14 years old or younger by 2nd day of tournament

15U 9th Grade
- Must be 15 years old or younger by 2nd day of tournament

18U No Seniors
- Must be 18 years old or younger by 2nd day of tournament. Must upload proof of grade (Report card or school ID)

18U SENIORS ALLOWED
- Must upload proof of Grade (Report Card or school ID)
Cost
- $1000.00 per team
- Players must have an active Zorts Player Card
- Participants must complete all eligibiity requirements by Feb 26, 2021 11:50 PM CST
- Players age will be based on the age that they will be on Feb 28, 2021
- Registration ends Feb 23, 2021 @ 5:00 PM
