HitSquad Elite presents the Applied Pressure Girls 7v7 Flag Football Tournament on Saturday January 9th 2026. This is an exclusive one-day tournament focused on providing quantity & quality reps for all teams in a great environment for spectators.

Details: 

• 5 guaranteed games 
• Pool play, all teams will play each other
• Seeding based on record, point differential & points allowed
• Top 2 seeded teams will play in the Championship Game
• Championship Team will receive a Championship Chain

Gameplay Rules: gameplay will follow iFlag rules with the exception of the General Timing Procedures outlined below

• Game will consist of 2, 12-minute halves with a running clock
• Each team will have 1, 30-second timeout per half
• The offense has a :20 second play clock to snap the ball before delay of game is assessed

Registration Deadline: Saturday, December 12th 2026

Roster: 

• 16 Player Max, 4 Coaches per Team
• All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts Player Registration system.  Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster.  A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a soft-shell helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport, or other state ID showing the birth date. 

Team Check In: 

• Check in is from 9:00AM - 10:00AM on tournament day

Refund Policy: 

HSE & Applied Pressure has a no refund policy once you pay the registration fee in full.  In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by such as extreme weather, or virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of "non-essential" businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future HSE Applied Pressure Events.
