Event Details:
AAU sanctioned tournament: 5v5 AAU Flag Football Rules
2 Pool Play w/ Single Elimination Playoff
Division Champions receive championship rings, team trophy, and event vendor, Corporate Images, team gift voucher
Division Tournament MVP from each age level recieve a custom MVP Santa Hat and Dick's Sporting Goods gift card
Team Entry Fees:
$400 per Team
$100 non-refundable deposit to secure spot
Registration opens Saturday, September 12, 2026
Registration closes Saturday, December 12, 2026
Registration must be paid in full by December 12, 2026
Divisions:
Boys Tournament: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U (8AM Kickoff)
Girls Tournament: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, High School (18U) (PM Kickoff)
Eligibility:
AGE CUTOFF: 1/1/2026
Rosters are limited to 12 players and 2 coaches. All players will need a valid Zorts Players Card. All Coaches will need a Zorts Coaches Card. Coaches and Players must sign all waivers and show as eligible to participate.
Rosters are due no later than Sunday, December 13, 2026 at 12:00AM EST
Equipment:
Custom flags permitted - ONLY traditional smooth poppers are to be used.
Cleats permitted on turf ONLY. Cleats must be removed prior to leaving the turf field.
Five star rated headgear is encouraged and recommended, but not required.
Additional Tournament Information:
Official Tournament Apparel will be available onsite through event vendor, Corporate Images. Pre-orders available until 11/21/26.
College Football will be playing on perimeter TVs
Raffle Prize Drawings will be taking place
Food and Drink Policy will be enforced - Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages permitted on venue grounds.
Tournament proceeds benefit The Five Star Heart Project, a 501(3)c non-profit organization compassionately dedicated to serving the Lehigh Valley and beyond by building youth leaders of character on and off the athletic fields, especially those who come from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds. Refund Policy:
The Five Star Heart Project has a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the event of a circumstance that prohibits your team from participating in the HCS tournament due to inclement weather, injuries, illness, etc. we are happy to provide a credit to a future Five Star Heart Project tournament for the amount minus the deposit barring we receive written notification two weeks prior to the tournament. In the foreseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut down of "non-essential" businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Five Star Heart event.
Behavioral Expectations:
The Holiday Championship Series is committed to providing a safe, positive, and family-friendly environment for all participants. Unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, or abusive language or behavior directed at players, coaches, officials, staff, or spectators will not be tolerated. Tournament staff and onsite security reserve the right to remove any spectator, coach, or player from the venue at their sole discretion for behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund. By registering, all participants and attendees agree to abide by these standards.
