Rock Life Youth ERA Flag Football Tournament
Get ready for a full day of competition, energy, and flag football in Nashville! Rock Life Youth presents the ERA Flag Football Tournament on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at KIPP Antioch, Antioch Tennessee.
Teams from across the region are invited to compete in a positive, family-friendly tournament atmosphere built around competition, sportsmanship, character, and community.

The ERA Tournament is also a great opportunity for teams preparing for the NFL FLAG Regional Tournament the following weekend to get valuable live tournament competition and fine-tune their game before Regional play.
