On behalf of PAC Series Tournaments, we would like to welcome all coaches, players, parents, and supporters to the:

TEAM REGISTRATION: $425 PER TEAM
We are excited to bring together some of the best youth flag football teams for a day filled with competition, sportsmanship, big plays, and championship moments!
Get ready for fast games, exciting competition, and an unforgettable Halloween flag football experience.
IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR ALL TEAMS
All PLAYERS & COACHES MUST be fully registered through Zorts prior to participating in the tournament.
Any player or coach who is not fully registered and eligible in Zorts will NOT be permitted to participate until their registration has been completed and approved.
Please make sure the following are completed before game day:
Player registration completed in Zorts Coach registration completed in Zorts Waivers signed Rosters finalized Coaches and media passes distributed
Each team will receive TWO COACHES PASSES.
Only coaches and approved media members with valid passes will be permitted on the sidelines during games.
IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION INFORMATION
Please watch your ZORTS EMAIL closely, as this will be our primary method of communication leading up to the tournament and throughout tournament weekend.

- Coaches meeting information

Please make sure your contact information in Zorts is accurate and up to date.
MANDATORY COACHES MEETING
We will be hosting ONE MANDATORY COACHES MEETING prior to the tournament.
During this meeting, we will review:
- Tournament rules
- Schedules
- Game-day expectations
- Player and coach eligibility
- Sideline procedures
- Questions from coaches
The meeting date and time will be sent via email.

RULES
5v5 NFL FLAG Rules (Modified)
- All players must have a mouth guard.
- Rosters are limited to 12 players and 2 coaches.
- All players must have a valid Zorts Player Card.
- All coaches must have a valid Zorts Coaches Card.
- All coaches must have a completed background check.
- Coaches and players must sign all required waivers.
- All coaches and players must show as eligible to participate in Zorts.
- Shruumz flags are allowed
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
- Teams are guaranteed 3 games.
- Only the TOP 6 TEAMS advance to the playoffs.
- Playoffs are SINGLE ELIMINATION.

REFUND POLICY
PAC Series Tournaments has a NO REFUND POLICY once you pay the deposit or full registration fee for any reason.
If a refund is warranted and approved by PAC Series Tournaments Administration, the refund will be the amount paid, less any processing or credit card fees.
We appreciate the support of our coaches, players, parents, families, and supporters, and we look forward to seeing everyone on the field!
