📋 MANDATORY TEAM CHECK-IN
All participating teams must complete mandatory team check-in on December 3 before taking the field.
All athletes must be properly registered and listed on their team's official ZORTS roster. Coaches are responsible for ensuring their roster and player information are complete and accurate before check-in.
🎂 PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
The official NREC age cutoff date is July 1, 2026. State-issued identification and all required eligibility documentation must be available for verification.
Players may be subject to age and identity verification during check-in. Players who do not meet division, roster, or eligibility requirements may be ruled ineligible for competition.
🏈 TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Each registered team is guaranteed a minimum of two (2) games. Tournament format, seeding, advancement, and championship matchups will be determined based on the final number of registered teams in each division. NREC reserves the right to combine or restructure divisions when necessary based on registration numbers. Teams will be notified of any significant division changes.
📅 SCHEDULE INFORMATION
Official game schedules will be released after registration closes and participating divisions are finalized.
Teams should be available to compete during the scheduled game dates of December 4–6. Game times and field assignments are subject to change. Coaches are responsible for monitoring ZORTS and official NREC communications for schedule updates.
🎥 LIVE STREAMING
Select games throughout championship weekend will be live streamed. Featured games and streaming information will be announced closer to the event.
Please note: Live streaming is not guaranteed for every game.
⚠️ REGISTRATION & TOURNAMENT POLICY
Registration is not considered complete until all required fees have been paid and the team's registration has been accepted.
Registration fees are non-refundable once a team's spot has been secured. No refunds will be issued for team withdrawal, forfeiture, disqualification, scheduling conflicts, travel-related issues, or failure to meet roster or eligibility requirements.
NREC reserves the right to make reasonable schedule, field, format, or division adjustments when necessary to successfully operate the event.
