LYSC Preseason Invitational 2026

The road to the Louisiana State Championship starts here.

The LYSC Preseason Invitational is Louisiana's premier preseason youth football event, bringing together some of the state's top programs for an opening weekend of elite competition. This event is designed to evaluate teams, build strength of schedule, and establish the first LYSC rankings heading into the regular season.

  • Freshman (5U–6U)
  • Sophomores (7U–8U)
  • Juniors (9U–10U)
  • Seniors (11U–13U)

Important Information

  • All players and coaches must have an active Zorts ID.
  • Rosters and waivers must be completed before the registration deadline.
  • Certified officials will be used for all games.
  • This is an invite-only event. Teams must receive an invitation to participate. Zorts is commonly used for roster verification and event management for youth football tournaments.

    • Age eligible birth year range is Jan 1, 2013 - December 31, 2014 (NO PLAYER MAY TURN 14 AT ANY POINT DURING THE SEASON)
