$150 deposit to secure spot

Eligibility:
Age cutoff 8/1/2026
Rosters are limited to 12 players and 2 coaches. All players will need a valid Zorts players card. All Coaches will need a Zorts Coaches card and background check. Coaches and players must sign all waivers and show as eligible to participate.
Rosters are due no later than October 10th 2026 at 11:55pm EST

All teams must use a FFL Branded Football
Custom flags are allowed but only traditional smooth poppers may be used.

LET’S ALL WORK TOGETHER TO PRIORITIZE ATHLETE SAFETY! Starting January 1 2024 FFL will be officially recommending that ALL athletes wear headgear that is 5 Star Rated for performance by Virginia Tech. We have made this decision because each year Flag Football globally is seeing the level of competition increasing amongst teams, along with athletes getting bigger, faster and stronger. It’s inevitable that in the heat of competition the element of risk for head impacts increases for both 'player to player' and 'player to ground’. To ensure 5 Star Rated headgear is accessible to all athletes that compete in FFL events we have negotiated with the overall #1 rated soft shell brand, SYZMIK.
Hotels: FFL is a Stay to Play. All hotels must be booked via flagfootballlife.com/hotels
Hotels must be booked prior to registration ending.
Refund Policy:
Flag Football Life has a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the full registration fee. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., we are happy to provide a credit to a future Flag Football Life Tournament in 2026/27 for the amount minus the deposit, if we receive written notification two weeks prior to the tournament. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future Flag Football Life in 2026/27.
