- Format: 5 v 5 Flag Football 3 Game Guarantee (Pool Play into Single-Elimination Bracket)
- Divisions:
- Men’s Open (18+)
- Coed Open (18+ | Minimum 2 females on the field)
- 2 Teams= $75 off the registration of BOTH teams
- 3 Teams= $100 off the registration of Three teams

Tournament Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by the Tournament Organizers
We committed to hosting a high-quality event. However, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tournament under the following circumstances:
- Low Registration: If the minimum number of participants or teams required to run a competitive and viable tournament is not met by the registration deadline.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Cancellation due to weather, facility closures, safety concerns, or other force majeure events.
Full Refund Guarantee: If the tournament is canceled by the organizers for any reason (including low registration), all registered participants/teams will receive a 100% full refund of their registration fees. Refunds will be processed automatically back to the original method of payment within [e.g., 5-7 business days] of the cancellation notice.
2. Withdrawal by a Participant or Team
If a participant or team needs to withdraw from the tournament voluntarily, the following refund schedule applies:
- Withdrawal (14) days or more before the event: Eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable).
- Withdrawal between (3) and (7) days before the event: Eligible for a [e.g., 50%] refund.
- Withdrawal less than [2] days before the event: No refunds will be issued, as tournament schedules and resources will already be finalized.
