- 🏆 4-Game Guarantee: Every team is guaranteed 4 competitive games.
- 👥 Rosters: 6–12 players per team; maximum 2 coaches per team.
- 🆔 Requirements: All athletes and coaches must have an active Zorts Card.

- Regular Registration: $395 per team
- Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot.
- Balance: Remaining balance must be paid in full by the registration deadline.

Tournament Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by Tournament Organizers
Tagg’d Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event under the following circumstances:
- Low Registration: The minimum number of teams required to run a competitive division is not met by the registration deadline.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Facility closures, severe weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events beyond the organizers’ control.
- Full Refund Guarantee: If the Winter Glow Bowl is canceled by the organizers, all registered teams will receive a 100% refund, processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Voluntary Team Withdrawal
If a team needs to withdraw voluntarily, the following refund schedule applies:
- 14+ Days Before the Event: Eligible for a full refund, minus nonrefundable processing fees.
- 3–7 Days Before the Event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Less Than 2 Days Before the Event: No refunds will be issued once schedules and resources are finalized.
Note: The original policy does not specify refunds for withdrawals 8–13 days before the event. Clarify this period before publishing.
3. Requesting a Withdrawal
All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to Taggdevents@gmail.com. Include your team name and registration details.
