- 🏆 4-Game Guarantee: Every team is guaranteed 4 games of competitive action!
- 👥 Rosters: 6–12 players per team | Max 2 coaches per team.

- Regular Registration: $395 per team
- Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit required to hold your spot.
- Balance: Remaining balance must be paid in full by the registration deadline.

📜 Tournament Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by Tournament Organizers
We are committed to hosting a high-quality event. However, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event under the following circumstances:
- Low Registration: If the minimum number of teams required to run a competitive division is not met by the registration deadline.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Facility closures, severe weather, safety concerns, or other force majeure events.
- Full Refund Guarantee: If the Feast Mode Classic is canceled by organizers, all registered teams will receive a 100% full refund processed automatically back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Voluntary Team Withdrawal
If a team needs to withdraw voluntarily, the following refund schedule applies:
- 14+ Days Before Event: Eligible for a full refund (minus non-refundable processing fees).
- 3 to 7 Days Before Event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Less Than 2 Days Before Event: No refunds will be issued once schedules and resources are finalized.
3. Requesting a Withdrawal
All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing. Please email your request with your team name and registration details to [Taggdevents@gmail.com].
