Welcome to the inaugural BULLITT “LINE IT UP” SHOWCASE — Season 1, one of the premier youth football events in Texas for athletes ages 5U–13U.

This showcase is built to bring together elite youth football programs from across DFW, Texas, and surrounding states for a high-level weekend of competition, exposure, and development.

Programs will compete in a premier event atmosphere featuring:

• Elite competition
• Championship-level game day operations
• National media and content coverage
• Scouts and exposure opportunities
• Verified roster and eligibility process
• Premium turf field's
• Great enviorment

This is more than just a tournament — this is where teams come to LINE IT UP and prove who’s next.

⚠️ Spots are limited. Teams are strongly encouraged to register early.

FREE Team Entry

A $200 refundable team deposit is required and due by:

The deposit will be returned at check-in on Friday, July 24th once your team has completed:

• Registration
• Zorts verification
• Roster certification
• Eligibility review

All teams will be assigned a specific check-in window prior to arrival.

Head coach or designated team administrator must be present.

REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN

• Final roster verified in Zorts
• Player eligibility confirmed
• Coaching bands issued
• Player wristbands issued
• Deposit confirmation
• Event packet / game schedule pickup

🚫 No paper rosters or paperwork will be accepted at check-in

All players, coaches, team moms, and sideline staff must be fully completed in Zorts prior to arrival

⚠️ Teams that do not complete check-in before their first scheduled game risk forfeiture

📲 ZORTS REGISTRATION (REQUIRED)

All players, coaches, team moms, and team staff must have a valid Zorts profile

Only fully verified individuals in the system will receive:

• Player bands
• Coaching bands
• Sideline access

Head coaches and team admins are responsible for:

• Roster accuracy
• Eligibility
• Certification completion

🎟 WRISTBAND POLICY

All participants will receive a mandatory event wristband

Wristbands must be worn throughout the entire weekend.

Bands will be color-coded by division

Field staff will verify bands before every game.

Replacement Fees

• $10 Player Replacement
• $30 Coach / Team Mom Replacement

Any player attempting to compete outside their age division will be subject to immediate removal

COACHING BANDS

Each team receives 7 coaching bands
(including team mom / admin)

Additional bands available for $30 each

Tickets available beginning Friday at check-in

• $20 per day
• $40 weekend pass
• 4 & under FREE

Early purchase is strongly encouraged to avoid long gate lines

🚫 No outside food or drinks for spectators
✅ Teams may bring water and fruit only for players
💧 Teams are responsible for their own water supply
