All vendor registrations are final. Kingdom Way Sports (KWS) does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling conflicts

• Inclement weather (unless the entire event is canceled by Kingdom Way Sports without rescheduling)

• Business withdrawal or no-show

• Travel delays or cancellations

• Equipment malfunction or staffing issues

• Any other unforeseen circumstances

This policy is strictly enforced to ensure consistency, safety, and a professional event experience for all participants and partners.

Vendor Setup & Operations

Setup:

Vendors will receive setup times, space assignments, and check-in details prior to the event. Please arrive on time and follow all onsite instructions provided by KWS Event Staff.

Power & Utilities:

Electricity and water access are limited. Vendors are responsible for bringing any necessary power sources or equipment.

Permits:

Vendors are responsible for securing all required business, sales, or operational permits.

Cleanup:

Vendors must keep their space clean and dispose of all trash before leaving. Failure to do so may impact eligibility for future events.

Poughkeepsie Parks & Recreation Requirements

• All vendors must be pre-approved by Auburn Parks and Recreation prior to participation.
