Description

Event Details

The inaugural River Bandit Invitational will be held at Elite Training Academy in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! This is a two-day tournament on May 9^th and 10^th 2026. This event is open to multiple age divisions, including 6U,7U,8U,9U,10U,11U,12U,13U and 14U for Boys, and 12U, 14U and High School Girls.

Tournament Format

Pool Play – Saturday: Each team will play three games. (Games expected to begin at 9:00 AM.)
Single-Elimination Bracket Play – Sunday: Teams will compete in playoff games to determine the champions. (Games expected to begin at 9:00 AM)
Game Guarantee: Minimum of four games per team (three pool play games + at least one Sunday game).
Rules: NFL FLAG Rules (5v5) will be enforced throughout the tournament.
Age Cutoff: Players' age as of August 1, 2025, determines eligibility.
Facility: All games will be played at Elite Training Academy. 8 full NFL Flag fields outdoors, and 1 Indoor field that will be utilized for championship games!

Regular Registration: $300 per team (Registration closes May 6th, 2026)

3+ teams – 10% total order
5+ teams – 15% total order
7+ teams – 20% total order
10+ teams – 25% total order

Eligibility & Requirements

Zorts Card Required: All players and coaches must have a valid Zorts Card to participate.
Elite Training Academy Waiver: All players and coaches are required to sign Elite Training Academy’s Waiver to participate
Roster Rules: Players are only allowed on one team for one age division. Athletes may NOT participate on multiple teams, no exceptions.

Team Check-In Information

⏰ Check In Start Time: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM

Teams must check in at a minimum of 30 minutes before their first games.

Failure to arrive 30 minutes before your first game may result in disqualification.

Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Gate and Admission

Athletes and Coaches:

Athletes: No admission charges for athletes

Coaches: Only two (2) coaches per team will be given free admission to the tournament.

Parents and Spectators:

Two-Day Pass: Parents and Spectators will be able to purchase a two-day pass for $25. (Any lost wristband will be a $10 charge)

Single-Day Pass: One day passes will also be available for $15 each!

No parking fees!
