All Waivers must be signed electronically All Players must have proof of grade/age (Zorts player card) uploaded.
Roster deadline date is April 15th
All Players must have a Zorts player card linked to their player roster profile on team page. Pictures must have a clear view of athlete's face. No group shots, No pictures with helmets on. If you have any questions, please reach out to info@zortssports.com
