We’re excited to welcome you as a Vendor Partner for one of the premier youth tackle football showcases in the nation—powered by C1N Sports and Cam Newton. Thank you for joining us as we continue to raise the standard for youth competition, community engagement, and excellence on and off the field.

Please carefully review the following Vendor Policies and Event Guidelines:

Vendor Policy and Refund Terms

All vendor registrations are final. C1N Sports does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling conflicts

• Inclement weather (unless the entire event is canceled by C1N Sports without rescheduling)

• Business withdrawal or no-show

• Travel delays or cancellations

• Equipment malfunction or staffing issues

• Any other unforeseen circumstances

This policy is strictly enforced to ensure consistency, safety, and a professional event experience for all participants and partners. By submitting your registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Vendor Setup and Operations

• Setup: Vendors will receive setup times, space assignments, and check-in details prior to the event. Please arrive on time and follow all onsite instructions provided by C1N Event Staff.

• Power & Utilities: Electricity and water access are limited. Please plan accordingly and bring any necessary power sources or equipment.

• Permits: Vendors are responsible for securing all required business, sales, or operational permits.

• Cleanup: Vendors must keep their space clean and dispose of all trash before leaving. Failure to do so may affect future participation eligibility.

Must be pre-approved by Auburn Parks and Recreation
