ZORTS – ROSTERS & WAIVERS (REQUIRED)
All teams must complete ROSTERS and WAIVERS in Zorts by:
Thursday at 11:55 PM (CST) – week of the tournament

Players may only participate if properly rostered and verified
WRISTBANDS & FIELD ACCESS

All players, coaches, and team staff must wear wristbands to access the fields

Wristbands must remain on ALL WEEKEND

Replacement wristbands require identity verification

Replacement fee: $25 per person (CASH ONLY)

If a wristband rips during gameplay, notify tournament staff immediately

All coaches, players, parents, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
