REGISTRATION

Deadline: 11:30 p.m. (CT), Wednesday before the event

Fraud, fighting, verbal abuse, or misconduct will result in ejection and possible season ban.

Violations will be shared through Zorts with other 7v7 operators.
AGE ELIGIBILITY

Age Cutoff: January 1, 2026

Example: A player who is 14 on or before Jan. 1, 2026 competes as 14U.
PLAYER & COACH ELIGIBILITY
-
Valid Zorts Card required for all players and coaches.
-
Players may play on one team per tournament (playing up is allowed).
-
Playing on multiple teams results in disqualification, ejection, and game forfeits.

Zorts Facial Recognition is used at check-in.
-
Max 4 coaches/managers on the sideline (wristbands required).

Unsigned seniors are eligible (verbal commits do not count).
ZORTS CARDS

Divisions: 10U, 12U, 14U, 15U, 18U

Card valid for 12 months (documents uploaded once per year).

REFUND POLICY

All registrations are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or an exception is approved.

Approved refunds processed via Stripe (7–14 business days).

Fraudulent charge disputes will result in Zorts bans and possible criminal charges.
MEDIA POLICY

Media must email Derrick.tda@gmail.com for approval.

Approved media must check in and wear credentials at all times.
