Description
Tournament of Champions (TOC) is a state-wide competition, exclusively open to teams participating in authorized leagues and tournaments. Invitations are extended only to teams that have performed well in specified pre-approved leagues and tournaments. Matt Leinart Flag Football is an approved TOC League. Tournaments in the League Challenge Series are approved qualifying tournaments for TOC.
