The 6th Annual Wes Johnson Memorial Football Showcase is held annually in the heart of Texas to honor the life and legacy of Wes Johnson, who tragically passed away in a car accident in 2021. Hosted by his brother, Greg Johnson, this event raises funds to support the ongoing financial needs of Wes’s children—Greg’s nieces and nephew.
This premier youth football showcase will feature over 100 teams from across the country, including teams from Florida, Alabama, Las Vegas, Ohio, Arizona, North Carolina, Houston, San Antonio, and more. The event offers elite, mid-level, and recreational divisions, creating competitive opportunities for programs of all levels.

Teams will be assigned specific check-in time slots

No paperwork will be accepted at check-in
Wristband Policy

All participants will receive a mandatory wristband

Wristbands must be worn at all times throughout the weekend

Lost or removed wristbands require a $10 replacement fee

Wristbands are color-coded by age group (5U–13U)

Field monitors will check wristbands before every game

Any attempt to compete outside the assigned age group will be addressed accordingly
Zorts Registration (REQUIRED)

All players and coaches must have a valid Zorts player card
-
Only individuals fully registered in the Zorts system will receive player or coaching bands
-
Head coaches and team moms are responsible for roster accuracy

Do not attempt to submit paperwork at check-in
Coaching Bands

Each team receives 7 coaching bands (including team mom)

Additional coaching bands are available for $30 each
Spectator Admission

Tickets available Friday, July 17, 2026, at check-in

$15 per day (Saturday & Sunday)

Purchasing entry bands early is encouraged to avoid long lines
Event Policies (Strictly Enforced)
🚫 CLEAR BAG POLICY — NO EXCEPTIONS
🚫 No outside food or drinks for spectators, players, or coaches
✅ Teams may bring water and fruit only for their players
💧 Teams are responsible for providing their own team water.
