DESCRIPTION
This event is for 18U athletes attending a Florida high school, this is not for club level teams The 2026 Bay Area Shootout will be held at the Southshore Sportsplex 6110 Waterset Blvd, Apollo Beach, FL. 33572 This tournament will consist of a 5v5 lineman challenge and a 7v7 skill position passing tournament.
TEAM REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS & FEES
· 7V7 TEAM $400.00
· 5V5 Lineman Team $250.00
o individual lineman $50.00
o (Lineman formats include position specific instruction and 5v5 competition)
PLAYER ELIGIBILITY AND VERIFICATION
· All player participants must have a valid ZORTS ID card.
· Valid School district ID
· Verified FHSAA team roster
COACH ELIGIBILITY AND VERIFICATION
· A maximum of 4 coaches per 7v7 team and 2 coaches per 5v5 lineman team
· A minimum of one coach per school or team must have the following
1. FDLE Background Clearance
2. Concussion education course
3. Heat and illness prevention certificate
4. CPR First Aid and AED
PARTIPANT AND PLAYER EQUPMENT
· All players and participants must have hard shell helmets
· Mouthpiece
· Athletic cleats

- Max Athletes: 18
Constraints
- Athletes may only play for a single team
