Girl Power Carolinas Presents: 5 on 5 QUEEN OF THE LAKE TOURNAMENT!
Get ready for the ultimate all-girls flag football showdown! Join us on March 14th at Mooresville High School (Mooresville, NC) for the Queen of the Lake Tournament, where teams from North Carolina and neighboring states will compete for the Queen of the Lake title, championship trophies, and rings.

Rosters
Team Requirements: Each team must have a minimum of 8 athletes and a maximum of 12 athletes.
3 Coaches Max Per Team (Includes Media Member)
All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts Player Registration system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a soft shell helmet on, and either a birth certificate, passport, or other state ID showing birth date.
Divisions & Age Requirements:
•8U: Must be 8 or younger as of January 1, 2026
•10U: Must be 10 or younger as of January 1, 2026
•12U: Must be 12 or younger as of January 1, 2026
•14U: Must be 14 or younger as of January 1, 2026
•High School: Must be enrolled in high school as of January 1, 2026
Team Check-In
Check-in will begin at 8:00 am on Saturday March 14th at the Mooresville High School Stadium field. We highly recommend checking-in at least 1 hour prior to your first game.
Refund Policy
Girl Power Caorlinas has no refund policy once you pay the deposit or registration fee in full. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness, etc., we will provide you with a credit to a future Girl Power Carolinas tournament in 2026 as long as we receive written notification by March 13, 2026, at 11:55 pm EST. Showcase your skills, build team spirit, and compete against the best all-girls teams around.
