· Athletes must have an active ZortsID
o Every participant is required to acquire Zorts Player Cards to qualify for event participation. We utilize the age verification services offered by Zorts to maintain the integrity of our rosters during our events.
· Coaching roles must have an active ZortsID for Coaches
· Participants must complete all eligibility requirements by April 11th, 2026 12:00 AM CST or incur a $25.00 USD late fee
· Athlete's age will be based on the age that they will be on Jan 1, 2026
· Registration ends April 15th, 2026 @ 12:00 AM
SPECTATOR FEES & ADDITIONAL COST
· Players - Free - Wristbands provided to coaches/captains at check-in Table
o Up To 3 Coaches - Free - Wristbands provided at check-in
· Gate Fee - $25/Person or $40 Weekend

TOURNAMENT LOCATION & TIME
- Saturday & Sunday – Norman, OK 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Note: Times may be adjusted based on the total number of registered teams.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT

- 3 Games Guarantee
- 2 pool play games on Saturday (subject to change based on weather & number of teams)
- ALL Teams Sunday Single elimination playoffs.

Roster Constraints:
A maximum of 3 Players CAN be on two rosters in different divisions within the SAME CLUB in the same tournament. NO Player can participate on two teams in the same division or in the same tournament for different clubs or organizations. If a team is found to have more than 3 players on two rosters all players on two rosters will be deemed as ineligible for the remainder of the tournament.
Divisions:
8U/ Divisions based on the age as of 1/1/2026. A Minimum of 4 teams required for this division to play. Less than 4 teams will be combined with the next highest division offered and playing
