Thank you for your interest in The Valley Showdown, a competitive girls-only 7v7 flag football tournament hosted in the heart of Sonoma Valley. This one-day event brings together programs from across the region for a high-energy day of competition, community, and championship-level girls flag football.

The tournament will feature both High School and Middle School divisions, with all games played in a 7v7 format and governed by the NCS/CIF Girls Flag Football Rule Book, with minor tournament-specific adjustments provided in advance.

Game Format

• 20-minute games

• Running clock (unless otherwise noted)

• NCS/CIF rules with tournament-specific modifications

What to Expect

• Organized schedules and clear communication leading up to game day

• Certified officials trained in NCS/CIF 7v7 play

• Competitive brackets for both High School and Middle School divisions

• Music, energy, and a true tournament atmosphere

• Professional photography and social media highlights

• On-site athletic trainers and emergency support

• Active high school students, including seniors

• Middle school athletes may be approved to play up

Middle School Division

• Active 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students
