No refunds once deposit or payment is made.
If a team cannot compete due to injury or illness, a future tournament credit (minus deposit) will be issued with written notice two weeks prior.
In the event of COVID-19 or government-related shutdowns, credits will be issued for 2026 or 2027 events.
