Welcome to the BATTLE7 LAS VEGAS 2026 Invitational!
All teams must complete all eligibility requirements before the stated deadline. Please review the information below carefully to ensure full compliance.

Roster Limits
- Up to 24 rostered players per team
- Up to 3 coaches per team
Player Verification & Field Access Requirements
Expired Player Cards
If a player’s ID card is expired, a clear headshot photo must be uploaded. The headshot must meet the following standards:
- No hats, glasses, hoods, or face coverings
- Full, unobstructed view of the face
- Neutral background preferred
High School Division Documentation
All high school players must upload proof of grade level. Accepted documents:
- Report card (grade level must be visible )
- School ID
- Class schedule showing the player’s name and grade level
Field Access Bands
Each team will receive three (3) field‑access slots.
Please ensure your team manager and administrators understand this limit.
Any additional individuals needing field access must obtain extra field‑access bands withan additional cost
Age‑Based Tournament Rules
Age cutoff date: January 1, 2026
High School Division
- NO Class of 2026 players may participate.
- No graduating seniors are eligible.
- Players must provide a picture ID plus documentation proving they are in a class below 2026.
- Reclassifying players must email documentation to spotlight7v7@gmail.com for approval.
15U Division
- Must be 15 years old or younger on 1/1/26
- Must provide age verification (government ID, birth certificate + photo ID, etc.)
14U Division
- Must be 14 years old or younger on 1/1/26
- Must provide age verification
12U Division
- Must be 12 years old or younger on 1/1/26
- Must provide age verification
10U Division
- Must be 10 years old or younger on 1/1/26
- Must provide age verification
Strict Enforcement
- Class of 2026 players are NOT eligible to compete .
- If a team is found using an ineligible 2026 player, both the player and the team will be eliminated immediately.
- All player ages will be verified.
Roster Editing Deadline
- Roster editing closes Thursday, February 5th.
- No exceptions.
- If a player is not added by the deadline, there will be a 24‑hour late‑edit window with a $10 late fee.
