🎯 PLAYER ELIGIBILITY & ROSTER RULES

Every player and coach must have a Zorts ID Card, valid for one year across all Zorts events.

Coaches: Share your team link so families can purchase or link their player cards.

🚫 High School Division Reminder

No seniors may participate in Boys HS divisions.

Players must provide proof of current grade (acceptable forms include):

All rosters are verified through MaxPreps and 247Sports.
⚡ Roster Limits

Players may compete for only one team and one division per event.

Players may play up, but must stay with that team throughout the event.

All teams must complete Rosters and Waivers on Zorts Sports by Thursday of tournament week.
(A $10 late fee applies after the deadline.) -
Maximum of 30 players per team. No more than 30 wristbands for players per team can be issued.

Maximum of 4 coaches per team, with sideline access only during games. No more than 4 wristbands for coaches per team can be issued.

All players and coaches must have a valid Zorts ID Card to participate

No refunds will be issued once a team participates.

Requests made at least 7 business days before the event may be reviewed case-by-case by tournament staff.

No refunds will be granted for referee decisions or rule interpretations — all decisions are final.
✍️ WAIVERS
All players under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the online waiver before participating.
