Tournament Details
- Divisions: 12U, 14U, 15U, 18U
- 4 Game Minimum Guaranteed
- All teams welcome – school, club, or all-star
- Schedules posted the week of the tournament via the Tourney Machine App

Player Verification & Eligibility Process
Steps:
- Once teams are registered, coaches will receive a custom Player Eligibility & Age Verification link for their players to complete.
- Players must complete the form, upload the required documents, and pay the $10.00 verification fee.
Required Documents:
- Clear headshot (no sunglasses, hoodies, hats, helmets, or full-body photos allowed).
- Government-issued ID (birth certificate or ID showing full name & date of birth).
- My7on7 will review and verify each player.
- Players will be rostered to their team after verification. If not rostered, players are not eligible.
- Players/Guardians/Coaches can download the SportsEngine App to check verification status.
Notes:
- Players without the necessary documents are ineligible until verified by a My7on7 staff member.
- Any player that does not meet requirements (false information, illegible documents, etc.) will not be allowed to compete.
- On-site verification will be available for a $50 fee per player.
- It is strongly encouraged to complete eligibility & waiver forms at least 14 days before the tournament.
- Final Deadline: Monday, February 9th, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
