Game Rules:

1.Team Roster:

•Up to 20 players per team

•7 on the field at a time (offense only; defense rotates as needed)

2.Game Format:

•20-minute games (running clock)

•No timeouts

•No blocking or tackling (non-contact format)

3.Scoring:

•Touchdown = 6 points

•Extra point from 5-yard line = 1 point

•Interception = 3 points

•Defensive stop = 2 points

4.Starting Field Position:

•Offense starts at the 40-yard line going in

•3 downs to gain a first down at the 25-yard line

•3 more downs to score

5.Turnovers:

•Interception = immediate dead ball

•Turnover on downs = change of possession
