- Athletes must have an active ZortsID
- Coaching roles must have an active ZortsID for Coaches
- Participants must complete all eligibiity requirements by Apr 04, 2025 11:55 PM CDT or incur a $10.00 USD late fee
- Athlete's age will be based on the age that they will be on Jan 01, 2025
