- Participants must complete all eligibiity requirements by Sep 19, 2024 12:00 AM MST or incur a $25.00 USD late fee
- Athlete's age will be based on the age that they will be on Aug 01, 2024

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will ONLY be issued if a division have 3 or less teams and coach/team manager request to not participate in another division.
After team the team have registered and need to withdraw due to their team current situation. The team will receive an credit for the next West valley showdown Tournament.
Refunds WILL NOT be issued due to rain or unplayable fields. The tournament will be rescheduled.
TEAM CHECK IN
Teams should check in at least 1 hour prior to first game. If a player show ineligible in Zorts, the player will not receive a wristband to play. NO EXCEPTIONS!
DIvision:
Even ages will play on Saturday Night and odd will play on Sunday. The Girls Divisions will play on Sunday.
