· HEADGEAR RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED

AGE DIVISIONS: Grade Based on 2023/2024 School Year.

High School/18U – Must be no older than 18 years of age on the final day of the event. Must be able to demonstrate age with picture ID. Example: any government issued ID, birth certificate along with picture ID. Must have document demonstrating the player is in said grade. Graduating Seniors can play.

Regular Registration $300.00

*$100 nonrefundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by registration closing on April 27^th, 2024.

ROSTERS/WAIVERS:

24 Player Roster Max Per Team & 3 Coaches Max Per Team

TEAM CHECK-IN

Will be held day of onsite for starting 2 hours prior to tournament start time. We recommend checking in 1 hour prior to your first game.

AWARDS:

Division winners receive team award.

ROSTERS:

All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts system. Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster. A player card will require a head shot of the player form the shoulders up, without a helmet on, birth certificate (at the minimum but can use a passport or state-issued ID), an uploaded 2023/2024 school report card that shows the player’s name, grade and school year or current school ID is also required for grade verification. Parental waivers must be signed by the player’s parent or legal guardian.

*LATE Upload Deadline Incurs a $10 Fee / Player: May 2^nd, 2024.

REFUND POLICY:

Hard Count Athletics and Limitess has full confidence that our May 3^rd, 2024 7v7 Tournament in Huntington Station, NY will happen. We have a no refund policy once your team is registered. In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness etc., you will receive a full refund as long as we receive written notification by April 27^th, 2024 at 11:59pm Easter Time. In the unforeseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of “non-essential” businesses, we will be offering a full refund.
